Entry is open to natural persons residing in South Africa who are 18 years or older.

The Competition is not open to any director, member, partner, employee, agent, or consultant of Lucky Isibaya, or any supplier of goods or services in respect of which the Competition is conducted, nor to any of their immediate family members.

Lucky Isibaya may require participants to provide proof of identity at the time of sign-up. Proof of identity will, in all cases, be required when verifying the winner.

Entry into a Competition is automatically granted when a Participant purchases a course in the Competition Collection via the Platform.

Courses not marked as part of the Competition Collection will not generate entries.

Entries are generated digitally and recorded automatically upon purchase. No manual or paper entries are accepted.

A Participant may purchase only one Tier of each course in a Competition.

A Participant may purchase as many different courses in the Competition Collection as they wish.

A Participant may not purchase the same course in more than one Tier during the same Competition while there current course is still valid.

A Participant may not purchase the same course more than once in the same Competition, even in the same Tier.

Lucky Isibaya may offer the entire Competition Collection as a discounted bundle.

Buying the bundle grants the Participant the same number of entries as if they had bought each course in the bundle individually at the same Tier.

The bundle discount does not increase or decrease the number of entries allocated per course.

A Participant may not mix Tiers within a bundle.

A Participant may not purchase the bundle more than once in the same Competition.

Each draw will be conducted using a RNG which allocates numbers to valid entries and selects a winning number at random.

The draw may, from time to time, be conducted as a live or recorded event and may include interactive elements (for example, allowing a viewer to trigger the RNG by pressing a "spin" button). This will not affect the randomness or fairness of the draw.

If the selected Winner is found to be ineligible, a redraw will be conducted.

Whether conducted live, recorded, or privately, every draw will be overseen and certified by an independent person in accordance with the CPA and the regulations thereto.

The independent person will be an attorney, auditor, accountant, or commissioner of oaths who has no personal or financial interest in the Competition or its outcome.

The Winner's name and area will be announced after the draw, either during the live or record event (if applicable) or through Lucky Isibaya's official communication channels.

Lucky Isibaya will also attempt to contact the Winner within 48 hours via the contact details provided on their account (email, SMS, phone call, or in-app message).

The Winner must respond and accept the prize within 48 hours from the first contact attempt (or such longer period as Lucky Isibaya may allow in writing). For purposes of this clause, "accept" means taking the steps and providing the documentation described in the Verification clause (clause 9) below. Failing this, the prize will be forfeited and a new Winner drawn.

The prize will consist of the Livestock item(s) announced for the Competition and described in Competition Details Sheet.

Risk and responsibility transfers to the Winner once the Livestock has safely disembarked from the delivery vehicle at the Winner's elected location, including an AAM auction yard. Lucky Isibaya accepts no liability for illness, death, or injury to Livestock after delivery, or for injury to persons during or after delivery.

The Winner must provide Lucky Isibaya with all information and documentation reasonably required to complete verification, including a copy of their South African identity document and any proof of payment or address.

If verification fails, the Winner will forfeit the prize and a redraw will be conducted.

By entering the Competition, Participants agree to these Rules.

Lucky Isibaya may amend these Rules on reasonable notice, provided that no amendment will affect entries already submitted or the rights of Participants who have already entered.

The outcome of the draw, as verified by the independent person, is final and binding. No correspondence, discussion, or appeal will be entered into.

Participants may not create multiple accounts, misrepresent personal details, or attempt to manipulate the entry process. Lucky Isibaya reserves the right to disqualify entries suspected of fraud or abuse, or any entries made through automated programs, scripts, bots, or any other non-human means.

Lucky Isibaya will not be liable for any disruption, technical failure, or malfunction of the Platform, RNG system, or broadcast facilities, provided that the draw is subsequently verified by the independent person.

Course purchases linked to Competition entries are non-refundable.

By purchasing a course, Participants acknowledge and agree that access to the digital course content will be made available immediately. The Participant expressly consents to such immediate commencement of services before expiry of the statutory seven-day cooling-off period as envisioned in section 42(2)(f)(iii) of the ECTA and accordingly waives the right to cancel the transaction under section 44 of ECTA.

Lucky Isibaya will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from participation in the Competition, except where such loss or damage arises from Lucky Isibaya's gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Nothing in these Rules limits or excludes any rights or remedies available to Participants under the CPA, nor liability that may not lawfully be limited or excluded.

Lucky Isibaya reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, postpone, suspend, or amend any Competition (including the dates, rules, and prize details) on notice to Participants. Any such change will be effective from the date it is published on the Platform or communicated through any other official channel of Lucky Isibaya. Where a Competition is cancelled without a draw taking place, Participants will retain access to any courses purchased. No refunds will be given, except as required by law.

By entering, Participants consent to their name and area being announced if they are selected as a Winner.

Winners may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity activities (such as providing photos or interviews). Participation in such activities is voluntary and not a condition of receiving the prize.

Where a Winner consents, Lucky Isibaya may use their image, likeness, and story in marketing and promotional material.

Personal information will be processed in accordance with Lucky Isibaya's PAIA and POPIA Manual, available on its Platform.
